2008 Annual Hometown Days Parade
You are invited to participate in this year’s parade recognizing
BE CREATIVE!! Decorate a float, your bike, boat or pontoon for this year’s parade!! Get out that classic car! Advertise your business or talents!!
Time: Saturday, May 31, 2008, at noon
Lineup and Route:
-The lineup will be at the High School, where the parade route starts and will conclude at St. Mary’s Church.
-Restroom facilities and beverages will be available.
-Check in on the day of the parade is based on your line up number starting at 10:30 a.m.
-Everyone should be in position by 11:45 a.m.
-You will be notified one week prior with your unit number.
** Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 entries. Winners will be notified at 2:00 outside
the entertainment tent.
NOTE:
Regrettably, candy throwing is not permitted on the parade route because of safety
reasons. Violators could be prosecuted! You may hand it out at curb side only.
If you plan to participate, please fill out the application below and return it by May 5th in order to receive a lineup number. Those wishing to participate in the parade after May 5th will be added to the end of the parade. Plan to arrive by 11:45 a.m.
