The S.C. Hometown Days Committee will present an extensive advertising campaign to promote and attract customers to the event. This is a "Juried" fine Craft Show. Only unique, Hand Made Crafts will be seriously considered.
Conditions of the Swatrz Creek Hometown Days Fine Craft Show.
Sales - It is the responsibility of the vendor for Michigan sales tax collection/payment.
Exhibit Booth Space - The vendor will provide their own canopy and tables/chairs for the show. Each Booth space will be 10' x 15'. If electricity is needed it should be noted on the application, A $25 fee will be assessed (add the $25 to the $90 weekend vendor fee)
To apply - Submit a total of ((3) photos - (2) of Product & (1) of work in progress. Please include a short writeup of your craft development process. Write your name; Phone #; and type of fine craft on the back of each photo. Send the completed application; (3) photos; and (2) checks and sase to: Swartz Creek, Michigan 48473. Checks should be made out to: Swartz Creek Hometown Days.
Application Deadline is April 1, 2010. Notification of accepted entries will be the week of April 5, 2010.
Registration - Vendors May arrive for registration and set up after 8:00 am on June 4th.
Complimentary coffee and pastries will be available on Saturday at 8:00 am.
Vehicle Removal - Vehicle must be removed from the vendor area no later then 2:00 pm on Friday; 9:00 am on Saturday; and 10:00 am on Sunday
No refunds will be given after your acceptance notification has been sent. If accepted, your photos will be returned during registration. If you are not selected, your photos and booth fee will be returned to you. (Jury fees are non-refundable).
