Theme:

The entire festival will be themed this year and we would like invite you to participate in bringing this theme into the Expo Tent. The theme we picked for this year is Country/Western
* Wear Country/Western shirts/clothes
* Decorate your area
* Offer themed giveaways

Note: To encourage participation, we will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners that will be awarded on Sunday afternoon.

Silent Auction:
We understand the need to direct traffic into the Expo Tent, thus we have decided this year to offer a silent auction to our festival guests. This auction will be promoted by the Swartz Creek Hometown Days Committee in all of our advertising including print, signage, flyers and such.

This can be beneficial to you, as an exhibitor, because each space that participates will offer one silent auction item for the public to bid on. The more exciting or creative the item, the more traffic and repeat traffic the the Expo Tent will realize over the course of the weekend. If you would like to participate, please advise on your application what auction item you will be providing. Please note that the proceeds of this auction will be donated to the Swartz Creek Hometown Days Fund in order to ensure the ability for us to continue to grow and provide entertainment to the community.

All items should have a minimum value of $25.00, however, can be of any value.

I have enclosed my registration fees including my separate check for early tear down. I understand that if I do tear down my booth before 5:01 p.m. on Sunday, May 30th, this check will NOT be refunded.
